Can't access Yamaha Disklavier Radio on Enspire Player Pianos?
Perhaps, it may be simply due to the fact that you reside outside of the USA or Canada.
If you do not live within USA or Canada, accessing the Yamaha Disklavier Premium Pass requires an additional step before subscribing to Disklavier Radio and enjoying the music on Disklavier pianos in your country or region.
If you have a Yamaha Enspire and/or DKC-900 and intend to subscribe the Yamaha Premium Pass, the use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is essential.
Since 2021 I have been a "NordVPN" subscriber, it is an extremely efficient VPN and I have been very satisfied with it!
Most countries (including the USA and Canada) allow the use of a VPN, so you should be fine as long as nothing illegal is being done over the VPN.
Here are the 4 steps of how to set it up for the mobile device you use to access the Yamaha Enspire Controller App:
Go to: NordVPN.com
How to create a Nord VPN account in the App?
Create an account with an email address; sign up with Apple or Google.
How to subscribe to Nord VPN's annual subscription?
Right now, Nord VPN has a 50% off the first year for new users, which may expire soon!
Install the Nord VPN app on devices that have the Yamaha Disklavier app
This is currently how the app looks like in the Apple App-Store.
Be sure to download the app to the device(s) that you are planning to control the Disklavier acoustic piano with.
Connect to a server in the USA or Canada within the App
Here you can see recent servers used and other available servers in the app along with other various settings, en Espańol! ;)
You may choose your own language, so don't expect that the app only works in Spanish, it has all languages.
Finished!
Now you should be able to access Yamaha Premium Pass Outside the US and Canada.
*Please be aware, certain Yamaha products may only be available in the US and Canada due to copyright.
