How to prepare a class at the Piano Technicians Guild Convention
While it's not likely that approaching a class by how it will be evaluated will produce the best class, it's important to consider exactly how colleagues are prompted to rate the class.
This evaluation sheet was part of the 2024 Reno, NV Piano Technicians Guild Annual Convention. It's exactly the same or similar to previous recent years.
While this sheet may change from time to time, it provides a useful rubric to give a class at a convention your best try.

The handout form also asks whether or not a handout was provided by the class instructor and asks for general comments about the experience as a student in the class.
While there are not specific requirements to have a handout or to have colleagues write down notes at the end of class, it's helpful to consider before presenting the class in-person.
