Forstner Bits Set: Cable management for Piano/Furniture

So, this is my supply of Forstner bits and it carries just about every size bit you could ever want!
If you look closely, you can see that I've only used a couple different sizes. Needless to say, you'll have more than you would ever need.
These are really great for DamppChaser installations when you're drilling through the bottom of an upright, so that you can stash away the cables or the power cord for the piano.
The Forstner bits also help you stash away cords on digital, silent, player pianos, and drill through the soundboard if you're installing power cords for silent systems.
For fitting cables with an AC power plug at the end, I typically choose the 1-1/4" bit. This allows for plenty of space for the end of the power cable to emerge through the hole.
Even for household purposes, these bits will help you fit any sized power cord through the furniture of your choice. Whether it be wiring through a bookshelf, headboard, or desk.
I always keep this Porter Cable bit set in my car in case I ever need it in a pinch!
